        Fees:  As my rates are occasionally adjusted, please call me for my current fee. I have limited sliding scale                              appointments available, in which lower fees can be arranged based on need and availability.  Payment is due by cash,            Venmo, credit card, or check at each session. 

        Insurance:  If you seek reimbursement for services as part of a PPO or other Managed Care Program, I will provide an          invoice for you; however, regardless of the policies of your health plan, you are responsible for payment in full.
